Program Description
In live, online group sessions, you will learn how to apply a simple yet powerful framework to unlock greater joy and satisfaction.
Proven Framework
Week 1 introduces the three pillars of fulfillment, along with foundational concepts such as happiness, habits and change. Weeks 2-4 dive deep into each pillar, one at a time. Week 5 focuses on integration – bringing the pillars together and applying the work in a sustainable way moving forward.
Learn… Try… Reflect… Repeat
Each week, you’ll get a chance to experience applying a specific piece of the framework in your real life. In the following session, you can reflect on what worked, work through challenges, and gain new insight before experimenting with the next piece.
